✅ Reinforced our standard around showing up camera on and Level 10 during training. If you are zooming in with your camera off you are not really there 🎯
✅ A few of our agents had a rough start to May with transactions falling out due to buyer lack of motivation. Not typical for this time of year but we will adjust and push through 💼
✅ Welcome aboard Andres! Our 5th operations team member joins the squad 🙌🎉
✅ With about 50 agents a month interviewing to join the team I hit a calendar crunch. My co-sponsor Colton put me on the mastermind hot seat to help me dial in my agent attraction process 🔥
✅ Curtis, Matt, and Andrea have leveled up in our 5 level framework and are now learning how to add digital farming to their schedule 📈
✅ Met with a past client in a tough financial situation and had an honest conversation about selling in a buyer leaning market 🏡
