For me… it’s always in writing.
In real estate, there is no deal unless it’s signed by both buyer and seller 📝 Verbal “agreements” don’t hold up. Too much gets lost in translation, and details matter.
When it’s in writing, it’s clear. It’s real. And if they accept it……

One of the things that’s super important as well is to have a good support system at home because starting a business takes a lot of time and effort which means you need an understanding partner who will help to encourage you to continue vs trying to talk you out of it.
