For me… it’s always in writing.
In real estate, there is no deal unless it’s signed by both buyer and seller 📝 Verbal “agreements” don’t hold up. Too much gets lost in translation, and details matter.
When it’s in writing, it’s clear. It’s real. And if they accept it……

I think the key trait to focus on it’s being adaptable as you always need to pivot in this business so weather you have the trait or not it’s something I think would be good to work on acquiring or building it up in yourself
