Here’s the thing.
It’s a detached garage.
Standard concrete floor crack.
The kind you see on almost about every slab in Sacramento.
It has zero impact on the foundation of the actual house.
The loan officer pushed back. And rightfully so.
But now I’m sitting here wondering... should an appraiser be calling for a specialist inspection on a detached structure for something a licensed home inspector didn’t flag? 🤔
