Here’s the truth. If your seller needs a rent back, you negotiate that upfront. Not at the end of the deal.

Personally I think having a lender for any property type is so important to have in your contacts. You want to provide value for your clients and what better way then to have a lender ready to recommend for any type of property they may be looking at.
