✅ Spent time with the Santy Phillips Group and met some incredible people. Relationships are everything in this business 🙌
✅ Flew back Wednesday night and hosted a SAR Masters Club ADU event for 150 agents 🎤
✅ Nia ran our weekly team meeting and David, Curtis, Matt, and Andrea led daily role play. That’s the culture we’re building 🎯
✅ Met with Zillow Growth Advisor Nicole and mapped out a path to increase conversion 📈
✅ Had a tough conversation with an agent we may not be the right fit for. Hardest part of the job. 😔
✅ Ending the week in Napa with Megan for Mother’s Day lunch and a new probate listing appt 🥂🏡

They checked the ALL contingency removal box while the buyer still had active time on the preliminary title report because it was issued late. ⏱️ That NTP was dead on arrival. Their leverage play failed completely.
