Adapting is so key for anyone to have not just in real estate it helps in everyday life but especially in real state with how things can change rapidly you age to be good at adapting and changing.

Whats the shortfall? Brokers can split the difference and take a lower commission to get the deal done. Tbh I’ve never seen a deal where the seller has to pay the buyer to take possession. At that point they just walk and let the bank do their thing with the courts.
@daytraitors short fall was 14k I am told on a 155k sale.
