Experience tells me roughly 1 in 10 are truly ready to commit to building a real business 🎯 ✅ Overhauled our showing partner program and started the interview process. Agents reaching our higher levels deserve that support 🤝 ✅ Drilled the team on holiday weekend professionalism. Called a bunch of listing agents to schedule showings and most never called back. That will never be us 📲 ✅ Made sure our clients have loan officer coverage through the holiday weekend.
