I really hope Sac gets an expansion team, better yet if the A’s just stay and build a new stadium with a retractable roof. Vegas can have the expansion team lol There’s already Bay Area sports fans out here and I’m sure people would be willing to come up from the bay on the weekends to watch them. If the As end up if Vegas, will likely be similar to the Raiders where there are frequently more fans of the away team at the game. The population boom in Sac/Placer counties is ripe for another major sport team 🙏🏼

Yeah, local stats are similar. More pendings despite rates ticking up. It helps this year that we don't have as much uncertainty as one year ago. I realize there is a war, but it hasn't been the same uncertain vibe as last year when sellers really backed off the market.
No. Honestly most sellers are not realistic because they don’t know or understand the market most of the time. Which is why it’s important for agents to understand and keep on top of the ever changing and adapting market.
