Honestly, people love to pick the popular person with millions of followers and maybe a reality TV show, but I want someone who has been in the business 20+ years that has seen it all and knows how to stay calm and steady during any market you throw at them. The best leaders often work for the company for many years and know it best from the inside out, because they have heard first-hand the problems from within needing to be addressed by leadership.
