✅ Overhauled our showing partner program and started the interview process. Agents reaching our higher levels deserve that support 🤝
✅ Drilled the team on holiday weekend professionalism. Called a bunch of listing agents to schedule showings and most never called back. That will never be us 📲
✅ Made sure our clients have loan officer coverage through the holiday weekend. No gaps in service 🏦
✅ Sat down with our Zillow growth advisor and took a hard look at pre approved clients who have gone quiet 📊
✅ Coach Shaw came in and coached the team on converting Zillow seller leads 📈
✅ Had a real conversation about whether to accept strong early offers in a slower market rather than waiting it out 🏡
✅ Carmen submitted her first offer 🎉
✅ Billy landed his first listing appointment 🎉
That’s the life. Wouldn’t trade it.
