Pivoted FAST.
Raised to list price. Accepted as-is. Gave the seller the option to pull the…

This agent didn’t know that.
And we had to educate them on it.
You never want the agent on the other side of the negotiating table educating you.
That is an embarrassing position to be in for your client.
My take: Read every single word of the purchase agreement before you ever write an offer.
And take your state association’s legal contract training so you actually understand what you’re signing people up for.
