What warranty is being provided. 📋
Confirmation the system is fully operational. ✔️
A text message is vague. It’s unverifiable. It protects nobody. 🙅
And as the buyer’s agent, it’s your job to protect your client, not just check a box so the deal closes. 💼

Personally I’m going to hope for Golding the line as risking inflation which would eventually in turn drive up prices and rates as well. So in my opinion lowering them now to potentially cause inflation to go up sound like a risk nor worth taking but ya never know what others will do or think.
