Selling before you buy is stressful... but it doesn’t have to be a disaster. 🏡

One of our agents had a client who needed to sell first, find a replacement home, AND move out all in the same day. Here’s how we made it work. 👇

✅ Listed with a 60-day close to buy time ✅ Found a buyer willing to flex on timing ✅ Used PODS so the client wasn’t scrambling if closings didn’t align perfectly

There’s no one-size-fits-all solution here. Rent backs, extended closes, temporary storage... the right move depends on YOUR situation.

Building a team is one of the most rewarding and humbling things you can do in this industry. Here is what went down this week 👇

✅ Agent attraction is everything when building a team. But the key is not just adding agents. It is adding the RIGHT fit agents for your community and your system 🎯

✅ Had 25 agent interviews scheduled. 13 actually showed up. The other 12 flaking is probably a preview of how they would perform in this industry 😬

✅ Invited the majority of the 13 to a shadow day to experience our culture and system firsthand. Extended 1 offer to join the team 🤝

✅ Not everyone is a good fit and that is okay. Had an agent ask if she really had to drive 20 minutes to the office for training. Had to be direct. If you want to win in our system the answer is yes 💯

✅ Congrats to Diksha on closing her very first deal. That first one is special 🎉

✅ Nia graduated to the next level of our Showing Partner program. You are going to be an amazing agent 🌟

✅ Welcome aboard Rosie, our newest Showing Partner 🙌

✅ And shoutout to Andrea in our Butte County office. 3 listing appointments this week at only 10 months into her career. All 3 came from her Dad talking her up in a Wendy’s drive through line. Never underestimate the people in your corner 🍔❤️

See you next week 👊

Money grab
Money grab
Well I grew up here on Sacramento and 60 years of age and yeah I believe it's a money grab because you know Sacramento likes to waste money on nonsense like they want to spend money on the the bridge like some beyond money we don't have spin that money on something else now they're going to put it on these AI cars and drive around that's stupid it's a money grab you want money to want money get it from article arena
Another money grab
@kspurlock12345 never seems to end
Bike lanes and parking enforcement can suck a dick. Bs. Can’t get around. Chasing people and businesses out of town. It’s a joke
