Jim, powerful advice! It can be hard to hold our tongue when an agent with a big ego is making the transaction difficult. If I have to be honest, I was that cringey agent until a very successful agent called me on it. He said we are all wanting the same outcome, to close escrow. That was a life changing conversation. I check my ego because that is what professionals due to achieve the outcome our clients want
@gaylephillipsrealtor it can be hard to do and we all probably let our ego take hold for a minute but at the if the day we have to reign it in and do our best to find a win win for the clients
