Get a licensed roofer to inspect it. If they’ll issue a 2-year roof certification and warranty it, they’re putting their name on it. That tells you a lot about the condition. ✅

One of our agents hit this exact situation. No clean out on the property. They pulled the toilet. Camera still couldn’t reach the street. The inspector had to come out four separate times until they finally found a camera small enough to get through the pipes and all the way out to the street. 🔍
No issues found. But here’s the reality. If that agent wasn’t diligent, that buyer could be replacing an entire sewer line in six months or two years and have no idea why. 💸
This is why you fight for the inspection. Every single time. 🙌
