❌ They skip training
❌ They never shadow a top producer #❌ They won’t work nights and weekends when their clients actually need them So here’s the minimum standard I require before I hire anyone 👇
✅ 1. They understand every step of the real estate process
✅ 2. They can set clear expectations at each step
✅ 3. They’re closing at least 1 deal a month — staying tuned in to the market
✅ 4. They understand basic negotiation
✅ 5. They can determine the value of a home
✅ 6. They actually answer their phone 📱
That last one shouldn’t have to be on the list. But here we are. 😅 💬
