Content is great, but protecting your client comes first. If you’re creating content, only post when the client isn’t interested in the home or film in a way that doesn’t reveal the exact property or location. 🎥

Once that’s done… 💥
The home can qualify for conventional financing, which usually means much lower interest rates than typical manufactured home loans.
