Our team is also using follow up boss and I can say that it is far superior to the one we previously had. It integrates with so many platforms to make it like a one stop shop which is helpful for agents

So here is the big question. Why should agents still have to be members of NAR? And where is the line on transparency? Should agents have to disclose every fee they pay for marketing, operations, office costs, and referral fees? Or is that too much for consumers? 💰🧾🤷♂️

The showing form is non-exclusive and perfect for the first few educational showings. After that, once the client is ready to hire you, it’s time for a full representation agreement. These forms protect you, set expectations, disclose your fee upfront, and keep you compliant. 📄✔️ If you’re not using them, you’re exposing yourself—and your business—to unnecessary risk.

Personally I would never show a home without a representation agreement. To me it’s not worth it to jeopardize my license just to show one client a home
