Year over year, transactions were down 4%+.
Month over month, they slid even more.

📉 Mortgage rates are lower than last year
📦 Inventory is slightly higher
💵 Wage growth is helping offset prices

With spring around the corner, better inventory + stable rates could bring more activity…

But it may take a bigger rate drop to truly reignite momentum.
