Build a simple Google spreadsheet, track every client, ABC status, lead source, price range, area, and one real motivation
A clients are transactional, pre approved, signed, next appointment set ✅
B clients are researching, 60 to 90 days out 🟡
C clients are nurturing, three months to a year away 🔴
You should have at least four A clients and ten or more B clients
If not, spring won’t magically save you
