Chris Martin

I was born and currently live in Sacramento but was raised in Elk Grove, California.

I became a real estate agent to pursue business entrepreneurship, study property investing, and earn generational wealth but I’ve stayed to watch how the diligence in my work genuinely brings life changing value to my clients of all walks of life.

I also bring value to all my clients by being confident at the negotiation table, being competent at educating and guiding them through all of the steps and hurdles of a sale or purchase, being honest (even when it’s uncomfortable), and ultimately understanding what the client values above all else for their own unique situation and working harder than the “competition” to achieve that for them.

What I love about real estate is how every family’s situation is unique and requires a custom game plan. I love the process of getting to know new people, understanding how I could bring value to their situation, mapping out a plan of action, and getting it done!
