Cerise Pecoraro

Cerise was born in Tampa, FL., but raised in Alameda, CA. She currently resides in Sacramento, CA.
Cerise began her real estate journey in 2020 by becoming interested in the education of being a wholesaler. On this journey, she took an investment educational class offered to the community and realized how important it was to get her license. Through the process of studying for her license, she saw the effect homeownership had in the communities around all of us, and wanted to be a guiding light to those going through this important life process.

Cerise highly values education and learning. So in her real estate journey, she continues to strive to learn in order to help and answer any questions her clients may have. Something she believes helps her to be a great agent is her ability to listen and really hear her clients and what they want or need in a home.

One thing she loves about real estate is the stories from clients about why they are moving. She not only loves hearing those stories, but also loves being like a bridge that connects them to their new home and desired life.

Outside of real estate she loves music and movement. One of her favorite ways to embrace both is by teaching yoga in the Sacramento community and online.
