In her first 8 weeks as a licensed real estate agent, Megan hit the ground running: she closed her first transaction, secured two more under contract (including a $1.2 million deal!), signed four active buyer representation agreements, and launched her first live listing.

By the end of her first year, Megan had closed 18 transactions, followed by an impressive 27 closed deals in her second year. Fast forward to 2024, and she’s already achieved 34 closed transactions with six more pending.
